Description

Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato comes from vineyards located in an area highly suited to the slopes of the Dolomites, in the province of Treviso.

It is produced with pure Glera grapes, harvested only after careful selection in the vineyard. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat method, with aging on its own yeasts.

Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato di 900 is straw yellow in color, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with intense fruity aromas, enriched with delicate mineral notes. On the palate it is sweet, soft and full, with a pleasant sour note in the finish.

Perfect to accompany vegetarian risotto, it is ideal in combination with crustaceans and fresh cheeses.
