Description

The Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Millesimato Molin was born in the vineyards of the Zardetto company, located within the famous DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The name recalls the Borgo del Molin, a seventeenth-century building built in this area by the Republic of Venice, as well as one of the most important testimonies of the peasant origins of the place.

It is produced entirely with Glera grapes, carefully selected and harvested manually in the first half of September. Winemaking follows the Charmat or Martinotti method as tradition.

The Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Millesimato Molin has a bright straw yellow color, with a subtle and persistent perlage. The nose comes delicate, with notes of yellow fruit, Renetta apple and pear, which are accompanied by elegant sensations of wisteria. On the palate a good sapid vein emerges, accompanied by excellent freshness and fruity notes that create a bewitching harmony.

Perfect for light sea and land appetizers, it goes perfectly with the aperitif moment. Also try it with fresh soft cheeses.
