Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive di Campea Extra Dry Millesimato 2015 Domenico de Bertiol

The Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Millesimato Rive di Campea comes from the vineyards of the Domenico de Bertiol estate, located in the heart of the splendid Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, precisely in Campea.

Produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested in September and aged in stainless steel tanks, this wine takes the second fermentation in an autoclave, to then spend a short period on the lees.

Prosecco Rive di Campea has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose expresses a refined and delicate aroma of green apple and pink grapefruit. In the mouth there is a good acidity and an interesting fruity aftertaste which accompany towards a very pleasant finish.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it also goes very well with not too elaborate fish dishes.
