Description

Puglia Fiano Fírr di Miali was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Itria Valley, in Puglia.

It is produced exclusively with Fiano della Valle d'Itra grapes, a vine almost at risk of extinction, also called "Minutolo". After the harvest carried out entirely by hand and a soft pressing, fermentation follows with maceration at low temperatures of 16-18 hours.

It is characterized by a delicate straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose reveals fresh notes that refer to lemon and jasmine, evolving towards pineapple and rose, in an intense and complex bouquet. On the palate it is pleasantly mineral and acidulous, with great persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany soft cheeses and seafood dishes.
