Puglia IGT Primitivo 2016 De Feudis

The De Feudis wines are evidence of the Apulian roots of the Fabiano family, in which all the experience gained in a century of wine production is poured.

It is obtained from pure Primitivo grapes, harvested in early September. The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes undergoes fermentation at a temperature of 25-28 ° C, with maceration on the skins, followed by aging in steel.

In the glass it has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose reveals clear notes of plum jam and licorice. On the palate it proves soft, full and balanced.

Ideal throughout the meal, it offers its best in the company of red meat dishes.
