Description
The Reggiano Lambrusco Spumante Rosato Cadelvento by Venturini Baldini comes from vineyards located on the gentle hills of Roncolo di Quattro Castella, in the province of Reggio Emilia.
It is produced from Lambrusco Sorbara and Grasparossa clones, harvested in the first ten days of September. After the classic winemaking processes, the secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel autoclaves using the Short Charmat Method.
It shows a bright cherry-pink color. The wine has an alluring and fragrant bouquet, characterized by enveloping notes of dog rose and ripe plum. On the palate it is dry and crisp, with a pleasantly clean and elegant finish.
It is excellent alongside fresh cheeses and cured meats, but also with shellfish dishes and tasty fish soups.
