Rias Baixas DO Pazo Barrantes Albarino 2014 Pazo de Barrantes
Description
The Pazo Barrantes Albarino was born in Galicia, a Spanish region. It is certainly one of the top wines of the DO Rias Baixas.
The wine is produced exclusively from Albarino grapes, harvested by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October. Once obtained, the must is left to ferment for about 30 days in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperature and in the absence of skins. The product is then left on the lees for about 3 months.
The Pazo Barrantes Albarino is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose has an intense floral and fruity aroma, with late balsamic notes. In the mouth it is of great elegance, freshness and balance.
Ideal with fish and seafood dishes, it goes perfectly with shellfish.
