Andreola Rive Selection

Rive Selection is a collection of three Prosecco Rive signed Andreola, to represent the highest form and expression of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, in which all the experience and capacity of the cellar of this admirable Treviso winery is poured.

Rive di Soligo Mas de Fer comes from the hills of Col de Fer and San Gallo, located 500 meters above sea level. The excellent temperature range and ventilation of these places give life to healthy and fragrant grapes that pitted quickly to the nose. It is a delicate, fresh and velvety sparkling wine. Excellent complement to fish dishes and desserts.

Rive di Refrontolo Col del Forno originates from the geologically younger area of the denomination, characterized by gentle hills mainly consisting of clayey soils. It is a classy bubble, with hints of crunchy fruit, as well as floral notes of acacia and wisteria. Its elegance is deliciously associated with refined fish courses.

Rive di Col San Martino 26 ° Primo was born from the historic vineyards of Andreola, 4 hectares of vineyards located on ancient soils of glacial origin with a high slope. It has the most complex aromatic range of the three, revealing itself to be more structured, fine and persistent. Ideal with appetizers, it is perfect for the whole meal especially in combination with seafood dishes.
