Roero Arneis DOCG 2018
Description
A white that comes from pure Roero Arneis grapes in the Monticello d'Alba area, where lush vines of different ages grow which give the wine a splendid eclecticism. The label depicts the great Giuseppe Mazzini, one of the prominent personalities of the Italian Risorgimento.
It is the result of a traditional white vinification in steel tanks at controlled temperature for 20 days, after which the wine remains on the fine lees for 5 months.
The wine illuminates the glass with its intense straw yellow color, with reflections that tend to greenish. The scent is fresh, delicate and fruity on the nose, confirming its wonderful drinkability on the palate, with flavors of yellow-fleshed fruit. The taste is fresh and pleasantly fruity, with great persistence.
Its pleasantly fruity organoleptic profile makes it the most suitable wine to accompany fish-based dishes, as well as seasonal vegetables. To try absolutely as an aperitif.
