Description

The Ruffino Rosatello Prima Cuvée is born in vineyards located in the most suitable areas for the production of rosé wines.

It is produced with red grapes, vinified in white, with a cold maceration on the skins to enhance the aromas and give the wine an intense rosé color. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures before being bottled.

Rosatello Prima Cuvée is characterized by a cherry pink color. The nose opens with elegant aromas of raspberry and peach, enriched with delicate notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and fragrant, with a pleasantly delicate and persistent aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and pizza, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, white meats, cold cuts and cold cuts.
