Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2016 Cerbaiona

Rosso di Montalcino di Cerbaiona was born in the famous town of Montalcino. Considered very similar to his older brother, this Rosso di Montalcino is considered one of the best in the world.

It is the result of only Sangiovese grapes, whose harvest takes place exclusively by hand. Vinification takes place traditionally in steel with temperature control. Then the wine ages in large Slavonian oak barrels until bottling.

This Rosso di Montalcino is characterized by a very concentrated ruby red color. The nose releases elegant aromas of aromatic herbs and plum, enriched with spicy and balsamic notes. The sip is soft and velvety, with a finish of beautiful persistence.

Perfect to combine with stewed meats and roasts, it is ideal with seasoned cheeses.
