Description
Rosso di Montalcino di Ridolfi rises from a hectare of vineyard located on the north-east side of the Montalcino hill.
During the second half of September a manual harvest takes place in boxes which allows the grapes to be vinified. Following the crushing-destemming, the alcoholic fermentation takes place inside stainless steel tanks with maceration lasting about 50 days./p>
It presents a brilliant ruby red color. The nose is fragrant and harmonious, with notes of ripe cherries and spices. In the mouth it reveals an elegant, soft and well balanced taste, animated by a lively vein of freshness.
It is perfect to accompany red meats and first courses with meat sauce.
