Description

Saint-Romain is a corner of Burgundy that knows how to give excellent white berry as well as red berry expressions. This version offers us the refinement of Pinot Noir, coming from the complexity of vineyards with 35 years of age and the finesse of the clay soils

The entire quantity of bunches is harvested by hand, de-stemmed and then pressed. The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels, 15% new.

Expressive nose, which rises from a bright ruby red glass. The scents of red forest fruit, cherry and spices draw the olfactory texture that finds perfect correspondence in the mouth, on the palate softened by the structure and refreshed by a vein of subtle, elegant acidity.

Perfect to accompany a stuffed quail.
