Description

The Salento Negroamaro Tenuta San Marco of the Due Palme cellars is located in the vineyards of the homonymous estate, located in the Brindisi municipality of San Marco, in Puglia.

It is produced entirely from Negroamaro grapes, harvested once it reaches full maturity. The vinification begins with a soft maceration of the bunches, carried out according to extremely delicate processing techniques. Fermentation follows in hermetically sealed horizontal tanks saturated with carbon dioxide, at a maximum temperature of 25 ° C.

The Negroamaro Tenuta San Marco di Due Palme appears intense ruby red in color with purple reflections. The nose shows off pleasant and intense fruity fragrances. On the palate it is moderately structured and harmonious, with a finish of good freshness in which hints of small red berried fruits stand out.

Perfect to accompany aged cheeses and cured meats, it offers the best of itself paired with roasts.
