Description
Es is a Primitivo that was born in the authentic casket of Manduria, of which it knows how to grasp power, finesse and charm.
It is obtained from a pure Primitivo, harvested from sapling vines with about 60 years of age. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation carried out in steel tanks, the wine is moved to barrique, where the vinification ends with malolactic fermentation. It follows an aging of 9 months in small oak barrels and 9 months in bottle.
A sensory experience that leads the nose through recalls of spices, chocolate, red fruit, licorice and balsamic hues. The palate is conquered in a key of soft expression of the body, in the aromatic intensity and in the linearity of its freshness.
To be combined with a plate of spaghetti with spicy sausage ragout.
