Description
The biological and respectful vision of the terroir - understood as an alchemical combination of territory and grape variety - is translated into every wine signed by Patrick Javillier, from whatever area it comes from.
Savigny-Les-Beaune Les Montchevenoy is composed of Chardonnay grapes, which tell of an area of the Cote de Beaune with clayey and sandy soils, rich in pebbles and minerals. Refine for 17-18 months in oak barrels.
It is a Chardonnay with an intense yellow color and warm scents, reminiscent of banana, mango and acacia flower, in a sweet spicy framework. The sip is relaxed in a beautiful freshness; it is embellished with an excellent body and a good aroma.
Ideal in accompaniment to a acquapazza fish.
