Description
The Bellotti Rosa di Cascina degli Ulivi Simply Wine comes from vineyards cultivated in biodynamic conditions, located in the municipality of Tassarolo, in the province of Alessandro.
It is entirely made from Merlot grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. After a direct pressing of the grapes, the must ferments spontaneously in large oak barrels. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for 10 months before bottling.
The Simply Wine Bellotti Rosa of Cascina degli Ulivi has an intense coral pink color. The nose is vinous and fruity. In the mouth it shows a clear and harmonious wine, with a pleasantly bitter finish of excellent persistence.
A wine for the whole meal, it goes well with pizza and sushi.
