Sherry DO Pedro Ximénez Very Sweet Osborne

Pedro Ximénez 1827 Very Sweet from Osborne is a sherry made entirely from Pedro Ximénez grapes subjected to drying, before vinification and subsequent aging which takes place according to the dictates of the Soleras method in overlapping American oak barrels.

This sherry is characterized by an intense dark mahogany color. The nose has a large and intense bouquet, with aromas of raisins and figs. On the palate it has strong flavors of wood and roasted coffee.

Excellent to accompany with blue cheeses and chocolate desserts, it is ideal to be eaten fresh at the end of a meal.
