Description

Serra Brada Mandrarossa is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon produced in Sicily in the Menfi area.

The grapes harvested in mid-September and transported to the cellar for vinification come from vineyards with a south / south-west exposure. The wine undergoes maceration and fermentation for about ten days with subsequent maturation in stainless steel for 8 months.

Of a purple red color of good intensity, it releases notes of raspberry, sage, rosemary and eucalyptus on the nose. On the palate it is intense, mineral, with good structure and subtle tannins that recall the herbaceous components before a medium-long finish.

Ideal in combination with platters of cheeses and cured meats, grilled meats and first courses based on wild boar sauce.
