Description

The Sicilian Grecanico Gerundio of Tasca d'Almerita comes to life from the Regaleali estate, located in the province of Palermo.

It is produced with Grecanico Dorato grapes, which ferment for 18 days in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 16-18 ° C without any addition of sulfur dioxide. It follows aging in steel for 4 months with permanence on its lees.

Golden yellow in color, complex on the nose, with hints of lemon tea and citrus, enriched with notes of canned pineapple and pomegranate juice. In the mouth it is fresh and well balanced, with pleasant mineral returns.

Particularly suitable in the company of crustaceans and seafood, the perfect combination of fish or legume soups is revealed.
