Description
The Grillo Kebrilla di Fina is obtained from one of the oldest vines in Sicily, one of those that have best acclimatized in this region and that tell it in every sensorial nuance.
Following the manual harvest at the end of August, the must ferments mainly in stainless steel tanks and partly in barrique. The two lots remain in the same containers to continue the refinement phase and, after assembly, the wine rests in the bottle for a further 3 months.
It has a straw yellow color. The perfume lingers on elegant floral tones of jasmine and broom, completed by pleasant vegetal notes. On the palate it is sweet and ripe, with great finesse.
Suitable with shellfish, crustaceans and fish, it goes very well with risotto and fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
