Description
The Sicily Grillo Kheirè di Gorghi Tondi was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Mazara del Vallo, in the magical slice of Sicilian land that is located within the Preola Lake Nature Reserve.
It is produced exclusively with Grillo grapes, harvested only by hand during the first ten days of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 3-4 months. Subsequently the wine ages for 1-2 months in the bottle.
Kheirè is characterized by a straw yellow color with olive reflections. The nose opens with an intense and persistent bouquet, with aromas of almond trees in bloom, enriched with delicate citrus notes. On the palate it is pleasantly harmonious and of rare pleasure, with a soft and slightly salty finish.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with dishes with vegetables.
