Description

Sicily Beleda di Rallo was born in vineyards, organically run, located in the municipalities of Alcamo and Monreale, respectively in the provinces of Trapani and Palermo.

It is produced with pure Catarratto grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand in mid-September. After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16 ° C, for 8 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in steel and for another 2 months in bottle before being released on the market.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with citrus sensations of grapefruit and bergamot, enriched with hints of mineral, peach, white and smoky flowers. On the palate it is dry mineral, with a good freshness that accompanies towards a pleasantly balanced finish.

Perfect to accompany blue fish, it is ideal in combination with fresh or lightly aged cheeses.
