Description

Sicily Syrah Rusciano di Valle dell'Acate in the Ragusa municipality of Acate, in the heart of Eastern Sicily.

It is produced entirely with Syrah grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After traditional vinification in red, the wine ages in steel and for a short period in French oak tonneaux, before being bottled, where it undergoes a long aging before being placed on the market.

It has an intense ruby red color, with garnet reflections. The nose opens with ample aromas of small ripe red and black fruits, enriched with notes of spices, chocolate and balsamic. On the palate it is warm and velvety, enveloping and harmonious, with good persistence.

Perfect to accompany elaborate meat dishes, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and aged cheeses.
