Description

The Soave of Tenuta di Naiano was born in the vineyards located in the hilly area of Soave, in the province of Verona.

It is produced 80% with Garganega grapes and 20% with Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand. The grapes undergo a soft pressing and a cryo-maceration on the skins at a temperature of 10 ° C for 15/18 hours. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C, then the wine ages in the same containers for about 4 months and in the bottle for a further 2 months.

This Soave is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose has intense hints of wild flowers and white weighing, enriched with pleasant vegetal notes. On the palate it is pleasantly dry, harmonious and slightly bitter.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and vegetables, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, seafood risotto and white meats.
