Description

The Soave Colli Scaligeri Vigne della Brà di Filippi was born in the Brà vineyard, located in Castelcerino, in the heart of the extraordinary Soave terroir.

It is produced exclusively with Garganega grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks for about 20 months. This wine does not undergo any type of treatment and after a natural settling it is bottled, without filtration.

It is characterized by a deep straw yellow color. The nose opens with a floral bouquet, enriched with pleasant hints of yellow fruit and delicate nuances of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly harmonious, with a good flavor and structure.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs, first courses and white meats, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, shellfish and aged cheeses.
