Description
The Blanc de Blancs Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine by Franc Lizèr is a refined expression of Glera grapes grown in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Crafted through a gentle dealcoholization process, it retains the original wine's aromas and structure, offering an elegant and lively drink with less than 0.5% alcohol.
The grapes, harvested at full aromatic ripeness, are vinified and aged for six months on fine lees with frequent stirring. After dealcoholization through selective membrane filtration, the wine undergoes further filtration to ensure clarity.
It presents a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is dominated by aromas of apple, pear, and white peach, enriched by tropical notes of pineapple and passionflower, jasmine and acacia flowers, and a final touch of candied lemon peel. On the palate, it offers freshness and a pleasant sweetness, with a floral and citrus finish of good persistence.
Ideal with light finger foods, citrus risottos, baked fish, or tropical fruit tartlets.
