Spumante Brut La Pelizzara Bellora

The Spumante Brut La Pelizzara from Tenuta di Naiano is born in vineyards located in the heart of the hilly area of the province of Verona.

It is produced with Garganega and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After a short maceration on the cold skins, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C. Subsequently the wine takes the second fermentation by refermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature, according to the Charmat method, with permanence on the lees for 3 months. This sparkling wine ages for 2 months in bottle before being placed on the market.

Spumante Brut La Pellizzara is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with delicate floral notes, enriched with hints of yellow fruit. It is fresh and aromatic on the palate, enhanced by its particular effervescence.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany first courses and meat dishes. It is also ideal in combination with fish and vegetables.
