Description

The Spumante Brut from Tenuta di Artimino is a high-quality Metodo Classico sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, grown in the highest vineyards of the estate. It represents the elegance and freshness of the company's style, enhanced by soils rich in limestone and clay that lend minerality and structure to the wine. It is a sparkling wine designed for special moments and refined consumption.

The grapes are harvested between mid-August and early September to preserve acidity and aromas. After alcoholic fermentation in steel, the base wine is bottled with the liqueur de tirage for secondary fermentation. The refermentation in the bottle is followed by aging on the lees for 48 months, during which periodic manual riddling is performed. Disgorgement occurs by freezing the neck of the bottle to expel the sediment.

It appears bright, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, tropical fruit aromas, white flowers, and delicate notes of dry pastry are perceived. The sip is fragrant, elegant, and enlivened by continuous bubbles, which provide balance and a pleasantly refreshing sensation.

Ideal for accompanying raw fish dishes or light seafood fry-ups.
