Description
The Sparkling Brut Classic Method Granconcerto by Medici Ermete comes from the vineyards of Tenuta La Rampata, which is located within the municipality of Montecchio Emilia, in the province of Reggio.
It is the result of only Lambrusco Salamino grapes, which are harvested entirely by hand. After the classic red winemaking processes, the sparkling process takes place according to the traditional method in the bottle, with aging for 30 months on its lees.
The Granconcerto by Medici Ermete appears ruby red in color with garnet reflections and is characterized by a fine and very persistent perlage. The olfactory spectrum is organized around delicate and pleasant fruit aromas. The taste is dry and harmonious, gradually discovering itself inside the glass.
The combination with aged cheeses is excellent, it goes well with mixed and fried boiled meats typical of Piedmontese cuisine.
