Description

The Métier Brut is a high-quality sparkling wine produced by Radacini, inspired by the French tradition of Champagne. It is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc, cultivated in the Peresecina area, in central Moldova, and represents the expression of the winery's enological mastery.

Produced according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, the sparkling wine ages for at least 9 months on the lees, developing structure and elegance. The bottle fermentation allows for a refined balance between freshness and aromatic complexity.

It presents itself with a bright light golden color with greenish reflections, accompanied by fine and light bubbles. The aromatic profile includes green apple, ripe pear, citrus peel, and notes of freshly baked bread. On the palate, orchard fruits like apple and pear dominate, with hints of lemon curd and brioche, in a creamy yet airy texture.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with parmigiano reggiano, fried chicken, foie gras, grilled sea bass, and truffle pasta.
