Description
The Métier Brut Rosé is a sparkling rosé made using the classic method, produced by Radacini in the Peresecina area of Moldova. The blend is composed of Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc, two grape varieties that respectively contribute to the structure and freshness of the wine.
The bottle fermentation takes place according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, with aging on lees for at least 9 months. The final dosage, which balances natural acidity with pleasant softness, maintains a refined Brut style.
In appearance, it is pale pink with fine and light bubbles. The aromatic profile is dominated by red and wild fruits such as red currant, cherry, and raspberry, with delicate hints of pink grapefruit. On the palate, it shows a fresh character and a rounded structure, with an elegant finish that recalls small red fruits and citrus notes.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with creamy cheeses like brie, camembert, and goat cheese, as well as with spicy Asian cuisine, sushi, and sashimi.
