Description
Costaripa Brut Rosè Classic Method Sparkling Wine was born in the vineyards located in the Garda area, in the heart of Franciacorta.
It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The latter undergo a very soft pressing and vinify partly in pink and partly in red. Part of the must ferments in white oak barrels at controlled temperatures.
This Brut Rosè is characterized by a persistent white foam and a perlage with fine bubbles. The wine has a pale old pink color that can reach the onion skin color over time. The nose opens with intense and ample aromas of ripe fruit, enriched with pleasant hints of undergrowth, vanilla and black currant. On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, with a broad structure and a perfect balance between freshness and flavor.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with aperitifs and white meats.
