Description

The South Tyrolean Gewürztraminer of the Flora di Girlan line is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Cornaiano and Cortaccia, in the province of Bolzano.

It is entirely produced with Gewürztraminer grapes, manually harvested in small containers. After a short maceration and the whole bunch pressing, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for 9 months, before being bottled.

This Girlan Gewürztraminer is characterized by an intense golden yellow color. The nose opens with an intense and aromatic citrus scent, with a hint of smoky mineral. On the palate it is full and soft, pleasantly aromatic.

Perfect to accompany dishes based on fish, shellfish and tasty cheeses, this white wine is ideal in combination with desserts, in particular with strudel.
