Description

The Pinot Noir of the Gries line of the Cantina di Bolzano is entirely produced with Pinot Noir grapes, harvest between the second half of September and the first half of October. After the classic red winemaking processes, the wine ages partially in large oak barrels and the remainder in steel.

It is characterized by a medium intensity ruby red color. The nose gives off pleasant aromas of wild berries, which are accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is dry and rightly tannic, good to drink.

Find the ideal match with gravy roasts and game dishes.
