Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC Pinot Bianco Haberle 2016 Alois Lageder
Description
Alois Lageder's Alto Adige Pinot Bianco Haberle was born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Salorno and Magrè on the Wine Route, in the province of Bolzano.
It is produced entirely with Pinot Bianco grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for about 4 months in the same containers, before being bottled.
The Pinot Bianco Haberle by Alois Lageder has a pale straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with fresh floral scents, enriched with fruity notes of apple and ripe peach. On the palate it is full, elegant and harmonious, with a lively and persistent aftertaste.
Perfect to serve with delicate appetizers and salads, it is ideal to accompany fish and shellfish, or as an aperitif.
