Talento-Trento DOC Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Solsì Arpa

Arpa Spumante Brut Solsì comes from vineyards located in the hilly areas of the Adige Valley, north of Trento.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, selected and harvested by hand. The grapes are vinified according to the traditional Classic Method, in compliance with the Trento DOC regulations, and the wine ages on the lees for 24 months.

The Solsì has a bright straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The perfume is clean and intense, with strong notes of white pulp and dried fruit, enriched with fragrant hints of yeast and hints of bread crust. On the palate it is dry and fragrant, very well balanced. Overall it is a harmonious and full wine.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany fish, crustacean and mollusc appetizers.
