Tangerine Birrificio L'Olmaia

The Tangerine is a Bitter born in the L'Olmaia brewery, a worthy companion to the company's other bitter, the Starship. In fact, even this beer wants to pay due homage to Led Zeppelin, from which the name of a famous song from the seventies is taken.

It shows a very light amber color. The nose predominates a herbaceous perfume, with spicy notes of coriander and light fruity hints. In the mouth it grants an apparently sweet beginning, before moving on to sensations of bread and, in the final, it leaves room for a persistent citrus and herbaceous bitterness.

The Tangerine goes very well with roasts and meat ragout dishes. Also try it with ethnic dishes with strong and spicy flavors.
