Passerina Terre d'Abruzzo Organic by Cantina Tollo is a white wine made from Passerina grapes cultivated according to organic farming principles in the province of Chieti, Abruzzo. This wine is part of the winery's "Organic" line, which highlights native varieties through sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.

The winemaking process involves destemming the grapes, followed by a cryomaceration and a gentle pressing of the crushed grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, ensuring the preservation of the primary aromas of the grape variety. The wine is further aged in steel, maintaining its freshness and integrity.

In appearance, it shows a straw yellow color with subtle greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers fruity aromas with fine citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, fresh, and delicate, with a slight salinity that enhances its overall balance.
