Terre di Chieti IGT Passerina 2015 Monti Guidi del Carmine

This Terre di Chieti Passerina was born in the vineyards of the Monti Guidi del Carmine company, located near the ancient city of Chieti.

It is made entirely with Passerina grapes, harvested and selected by hand in mid-September. After the traditional destemming and crushing processes of cryomacerated grapes, the wine ages in steel and in the bottle for at least 5 months, before being released on the market.

It has a pale straw yellow color with evident greenish reflections. The nose comes delicate, with a perfect harmony created by the fusion of floral notes with fruity aromas and enriched on the finish by pleasant spicy sensations. In the mouth it is dry and persistent, with vegetal notes and hints of citrus. The bitterish tip is typical on the finish.

Perfect with light appetizers and all dishes not too elaborate based on fish and white meats.
