Description

The Lacrima Nera Rosà of Feudi dei Sanseverino comes to light from the emerging wine-growing area of Saracena, close to the Pollino National Park, in the province of Cosenza.

It is produced entirely from Lacrima Nera grapes, harvested by hand with careful selection of the grapes in mid-October. Following a soft pressing of the grapes and a light maceration in contact with the skins, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature. Maturation continues in steel until the day of bottling.

With a bright and bright pink color, the Lacrima Nera Rosà by Feudo dei Sanseverino opens to the nose with elegant hints of sour cherry and aromatic herbs, accompanied by light vanilla notes. On the palate it is well balanced, with a pleasant and fruity finish.

Ideal companion for fish and shellfish, this wine is suitable to accompany all dishes of vegetarian cuisine.
