Terre Siciliane IGP Frappato 2017 Due Sorbi

The Frappato of the Due Sorbi winery rises from vineyards in the Catania municipality of Valverde, located on the east side of Etna.

It is produced with Frappato grapes, harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning once the perfect degree of ripeness has been reached. Fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for 12-15 days, followed by aging in stainless steel before being bottled.

Wine with an intense and deep ruby red color, it releases fresh notes of black cherry and berries, which stand out on a pleasant mineral background.

Excellent with starters and meat-based first courses.
