Terre Siciliane IGP Inzolia 2017 Due Sorbi

The Inzolia of the Due Sorbi winery comes from vineyards in the Valverde municipality of Catania, located on the east side of Etna.

It is made with only Inzolia grapes, harvested by hand and brought immediately to the cellar, where fermentation with selected yeasts is carried out at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C for 15-18 days. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

At the sight of a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, it exposes a bouquet of intense and enveloping perfumes reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit, accompanied by slight herbaceous and mineral hints. On the palate it proves fresh and balanced, characterized by a delicate and pleasant flavor.

It goes perfectly with octopus salads and crustaceans in general.
