Terre Siciliane IGT Sauvignon Blanc Mamarì 2018

The Mamarì di Fina originates from vineyards located at a height of 750 meters above sea level, in the heart of Western Sicily.

It is produced from pure Sauvignon grapes harvested in August. Vinification takes place exclusively in steel containers, including aging, in order to protect its characteristic freshness. The wine stays for another 6 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

With a pale straw yellow color, intense vegetal hints are felt on the nose, among which the green pepper and the tomato leaf stand out. In the mouth there are fruity notes of pineapple and banana, with floral references of elderberry, broom and hawthorn.

Excellent with appetizers and sushi, it goes well with white meats and aromatic preparations based on tomatoes, courgettes and tomatoes.
