Description

Terre Siciliane Carta d'Oro di Rallo comes from organically managed vineyards located in Patti Piccolo, in Alcamo, in the province of Trapani.

It comes from a blend of native white berried grapes, handpicked between the end of August and the first days of September. After fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 15-16 ° C for 8-10 days, the wine ages in the same containers for 6 months and for a further 30 days in the bottle before being placed on the market.

Straw yellow in color, it reveals pleasant hints of white flowers on the nose accompanied by notes of exotic fruit, pineapple and mango on all. On the palate it is dry and warm, well balanced, with a barely perceptible bitter almond aftertaste.

It goes well with appetizers and soft cheeses. Also perfect with white meats, fish and shellfish.
