Description

Terre Siciliane Passito Diamante di Tasca d'Almerita was born in vineyards located in the Regaleali estate, in the province of Palermo.

It is produced with Moscato and Traminer Aromatico grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C for 25 days. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 6 months before being bottled.

The diamond is characterized by a golden yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with an intense and aromatic bouquet of canned and candied fruit. On the palate it is sweet and with a pleasantly balanced body.

Perfect to accompany desserts and pastries, it is ideal in combination with chocolate and aged cheeses.
