Terre Siciliane IGT Zibibbo Taif 2018

The Terre Siciliane Zibibbo Taif of Cantine Fina was born in the vineyards located in magical western Sicily.

It is produced from pure Zibibbo grapes, all harvested and selected manually at the end of the month of August. After fermentation, which takes place at controlled temperature, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks and then for about 3 months in the bottle.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a refined and aromatic bouquet, enriched with pleasant summer notes of fresh flowers. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, harmonious and fresh.

It is perfect to combine with aged cheeses, it is excellent to serve with shellfish and fresh fish cooked on the grill or in the oven.
