Description

A riot of colors that shine in a multicolored mosaic, "Li Ciuri", meaning "the flowers" in Sicilian dialect, represents a tribute to the terroir of origin, both in its label, which recalls the ceramics of Caltagirone, and in its name, which weaves an authentic bond with Sicily.

A splendid white wine made from 100% Zibibbo grapes, directly from Western Sicily, in the immediate vicinity of Trapani. Its harvest time is late August, with fermentation occurring in steel tanks. It is aged in steel and for 6 months in the bottle.

It delights the eye with its straw yellow color and barely perceptible greenish hues, and opens on the nose with an aromatic bouquet that outlines a palette of scents ranging from fruity notes of peach and mandarin to herbal hints of sage, closing on floral notes of rose and wisteria. On the palate, it offers a dance of flavors, all fresh and pleasantly sapid, concluding on a decidedly floral finish.

Its splendid organoleptic profile makes it the wine most suitable to accompany seafood and shellfish appetizers, seafood-based first courses, omelettes, and a delicate asparagus risotto. Definitely worth trying with mushroom scaloppine and fried mushrooms.
