Description
The Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon of Arpa was born in vineyards located in the Valdarno Aretino area.
It is produced exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand, destemmed, crushed, then fermented for about 10 days at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C. The maceration on the skins continues for another 15 days, then the wine is transferred into steel tanks until bottling.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with vinous notes, among which strong hints of red berry fruits and spicy and vegetal nuances, typical of the grape, stand out. In the mouth it is rich, with lively tannins. Overall it is a fresh wine, with a good and pleasant persistence.
Perfect to accompany red meats, cooked on the grill or grilled, it is ideal for accompanying roasts.
