Description

Rosso Baron Ugo is a wine produced by the Monteraponi winery in the Tuscany of Radda in Chianti.

It is composed of a blend of 90% Sangiovese, 7% Canaiolo and 3% Colorino, in an excellent synthesis of wine-growing Tuscanness. From the vineyards cultivated according to an organic farming method, the grapes for this red are harvested only on the occasion of the best vintages. Refine in wooden barrels before being bottled and then put on the market.

At sight it shows a ruby red color. The perfume traces the trail of red fruit and dried rose, of the earth and the undergrowth. In the mouth it is fine and elegant, with a well-present but well-managed tannin, twinned with a subtle freshness. It persists in crunchy fruity tones

To be combined with a platter of local cold cuts.
